I trained to become a driving instructor with Elite and Ian was my instructor where at our first meeting he took me for a quick test drive. Even though i had a wealth of driving experience, it wasn't long before he was politely asking questions and challenging the skills I'd acquired over the years where improvement' was needed in areas pertinent for the 'step up' of becoming a driving instructor.

I spent many hours with Ian, learning from him as an instructor and as a person that manages his business and his approach to customer service which, I admire, a lot. so much so I try and emulate him with my approach to driving instruction and business management.

Ian is very supportive, sets clear goals for improvement and helped me from my very raw state, to having just completed my training on the first attempt (Part 2 1st attempt with zero faults, and Part 3 forst attempt).

I would recommend anyone to be trained for their ADI licence by Ian.
