My name is Riccardo but everyone calls me Ric.
I’m originally from Italy but I’ve lived most of my life in England. My background is in aviation. In the past 25 years I've flown for a few different airlines covering different roles including crew manager, service instructor and safety trainer.
I’ve always had a passion for safety and security, associated with the rewarding feeling that training provides. With the Pandemic, I realized that I wanted to keep my feet on the ground, and as I always loved driving, becoming a driving instructor was the obvious choice in order to transfer the skills I acquired in the air.
My driving experience in different parts of the world made me develop an awareness of other drivers actions associated with keeping things simple, I
hope to teach my clients not just how to pass their test but teach them a skill for the rest of their life. My aim is to tailor my lessons to the clients learning
style, making sure a nice personal experience is also achieved.
Away from work I’m a passionate skier. I also enjoying cycling, travelling and spending time with my young family.
